Tom

Tom has had a passion for fitness for as long as he can remember. 


Studying Sports Performance in college, he then went on to join the military at 19 years old, where he found Functional fitness. To date, he has now competed in 4 National fitness competitions. From a young age Tom had his physical and mental limits tested and now endeavors to do the same for his clients. 


Tom believes fitness should be accessible to everyone and is able to adapt his programmes to meet any level of experience.


Expertise:

   - Strength Training

- Olympic Lifting 

    - Functional Fitness


Qualifications:

                    - Level 2 Fitness Instructor 

                   - Level 3 Personal Training 

- Circuit Training

     - Diet and Nutrition

LILY

Discovering Functional Fitness at the age of 19 and believing she could 'never be that fit or strong', she has now moved on to competing at the National Fitness Games and the Turf Games. 


This has driven Lily's passion for helping others to switch their mindset from "can't do" to "can do". 

Lily believes everyone deserves to become the best version of themselves and is dedicated to providing others the tools to break their own mental barriers and believe in themselves.   


Functional Fitness has changed Lily's life. 

Lily hopes to expose others to the magic of fitness and in doing so, help them discover what they're really made of.


Lily has plenty of experience with clients looking to keep fit during their pregnancy and also clients looking to get back into fitness after child birth.
